Sets expectations for learner behaviour, professionalism, respect for peers, and scope of participation in the RPL programme.

- Engage constructively in discussions, forums, and group activities.
- Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour.
2. Integrity
- Submit only your own original work and evidence.
- Do not plagiarise, falsify, or misrepresent information.
- Adhere strictly to all assessment and RPL evidence submission requirements.
3. Professionalism
- Attend all scheduled orientation sessions, assessments, and workshops.
- Complete activities and evidence submissions within the required deadlines.
- Communicate appropriately and maintain a professional tone across all eCampus channels.
4. Confidentiality
- Respect the privacy of your workplace and colleagues when submitting evidence.
- Do not disclose sensitive information about employers, clients, or fellow learners.
- Ensure that all submissions comply with confidentiality and data protection standards.
5. Participation
- Actively engage in learning activities, assessments, and discussions.
- Take responsibility for your own learning progress.
- Use the official support channels (forums, email, WhatsApp) for queries and assistance.
6. Programme Scope
- Participation is strictly limited to the scope of the registered programmes.
- Do not engage in any activities, claims, or representations outside the boundaries of your training programme.
- Finweb Business Consultancy responsibility is confined to the facilitation and assessment of the specific training programme for which you are registered.
7. Use of Platform
- Use Finweb Learner Portal resources responsibly and for their intended purpose only.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or damage the system.
- Follow guidelines for submissions, forums, and communication tools.
8. Consequences of Misconduct
Failure to comply with this Code may result in:
- Warnings and corrective actions
- Invalidated assessments or evidence
- Suspension or removal from the programme
