By accepting this declaration, I confirm that:

1. Participation

·       I am enrolled in the programme for my chosen qualification.

·       I understand the requirements of the programme, including:

o   Submitting a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE)

o   Completing activities and assessments

o   Participating in the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA)

 

2. Evidence

·       All evidence I submit is my own original work, or a fair representation of my experience.

·       My evidence may be subject to verification or authenticity checks.

·       I will not submit evidence that breaches client or company confidentiality.

 

3. Commitment

·       I will provide redacted versions of documents if required.

·       I will cooperate with any follow-up or validation requests.

·       I will abide by the programme’s rules, policies, and assessment requirements.

 

4. Consent

·       I consent to Finweb and the QCTO accessing and verifying my documents.

·       I consent to anonymised data being used for quality assurance and certification.

 

5. Conduct

·       My participation is strictly limited to the scope of the training programme.

·       I will not engage in activities, claims, or representations outside this programme.

·       I commit to acting with honesty and integrity throughout the training process.

·       I understand all queries, concerns, or feedback must be directed to Finweb as the main point of contact.

·       If required, Finweb will escalate unresolved issues to INSETA following proper channels.

 

6. Acknowledgement

·       I have had the opportunity to ask questions about the programme.

·       I understand what is expected of me as a learner.
